At the bottom of page 127 of our textbook, there is a list of 12 commonly recognized functions of patrol.  Using the textbook and at least two other academic-quality references (no blogs, no dictionary, no Wiki, no newspapers) write an which covers at least six of the 12 functions.  Be sure to fully describe each of the six functions that you have chosen.  You should be paraphrasing the information that you find in your three references (no quotations at all for this paper).
