Overview:
Understanding the Sprint planning and execution activities and artifacts used in scrum is
fundamental to the agile scrum framework.
In this assignment, you will analyze the processes and roles of the agile team in the
sprint planning and how the sprint plan is executed and measured.
Instructions:
• Describe sprint planning including the processes involved.
• Summarize the roles of the Product Owner, development team, customer, and
scrum master during the sprint planning.
• Explain who is responsible for executing the sprint plan and how the execution
deliverable is measured against the sprint plan.
• Based on your analysis of the sprint planning and some of the roles of the agile
team members, what are some of the challenges of the sprint planning?
